As part of White Frame ongoing commitment to the presentation of film and video, The Nightlight Screenings explores recent works from Swiss and international filmmakers and artists. This initiative aims to draw a more focused attention to short films and videos to a broader public and to simultaneously foster international exchanges for Swiss productions. Each year, we invite a guest co-curator to join us. We worked with Moving Image Archive of Contemporary Art (Hong Kong), Visual Container (Milano) and Videonale (Bonn).

This project is made possible thanks to the financial support of the Christoph Merian Stiftung, Swisslos-Fonds Basel-Stadt and the Abteilung Kultur Basel-Stadt.
